Barentz successfully completes the acquisition of Pestell Nutrition and its USA affiliate, Origination, LLC.

Pestell Nutrition, headquartered in New Hamburg, Ontario, Canada, is the preeminent distributor of feed additives, nutritional ingredients, macro and trace minerals, and pet specialty ingredients for the animal health, animal nutrition, and pet food sectors across Canada and the USA. Origination, the USA division of Pestell Nutrition, is headquartered in Woodbury, Minnesota.
